John E. Geller Jr. serves as president and chief executive officer of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: VAC), a leading global vacation company that offers vacation ownership, exchange, rental and resort and property management, along with related businesses, products and services. The company has over 120 vacation ownership resorts around the world, and approximately 700,000 owner families in a diverse portfolio that includes some of the most iconic vacation ownership brands.
Mr. Geller, who served as the company’s chief financial officer from 2009 to 2021, assumed the role of chief executive officer in January 2023, and is leading the company’s multi-year transformation to deliver digital and technology solutions and new lines of business for the next generation of travelers.
Mr. Geller joined Marriott International in 2005 where he served as senior vice president and chief internal audit and information security officer. From May through December 2008, he was the chief financial officer for the western region of North America lodging operations. From there, he transitioned to the role of chief financial officer at Marriott Vacation Club International and later Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corp. In December 2017, he assumed responsibility for the information technology and human resources departments. He also helped lead the spin-off of the company from Marriott International in 2011 and, more recently, played a key leadership role in the acquisition and integration of ILG in 2018 and helped lead the completion of the Welk Resorts acquisition and revitalization of the Hyatt Vacation Ownership business. In January 2021, Mr. Geller was appointed to the role of president, during which time he led the company’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and helped guide the company’s strong recovery, all while accelerating growth.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Geller provided his financial expertise as a staff auditor at Arthur Andersen in Washington, D.C., where he was introduced to the Marriott brand. In 2000, he became an audit partner within the real estate and hospitality practice. He moved to Ernst & Young in 2002, where he served as a partner in its real estate and hospitality practice. In December 2004, Mr. Geller left public accounting to assume the position of chief financial officer of AutoStar Realty, a real estate investment company sponsored by Staubach Companies and iStar Financial, which focused on financing automotive real estate.
Mr. Geller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University. When not at work, he can be found spending quality time with his family. Their family vacation plans always include one of the company’s amazing resort destinations, with favorites being Hilton Head Island and Hawaii.
Marcos Agostini
Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Interval International
Marcos Agostini is executive vice president and managing director for Interval International, an operating business of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: VAC), a leading global vacation company that offers vacation ownership, exchange, rental and resort and property management, along with related businesses, products and services. The company has over 120 vacation ownership resorts around the world and approximately 700,000 owner families in a diverse portfolio that includes some of the most iconic vacation ownership brands.
Also a member of the company’s executive committee, Mr. Agostini joined Interval International in 1993 in the company’s Latin America operations area and has held increasing roles of responsibility in both operations and sales.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Agostini led global sales and business development for the Interval International exchange program, as well as other membership programs offered by Interval. He was responsible for oversight of all business development teams and initiatives, client services and program operations.
He is an active participant in ARDA, and a member of the ARDA International Foundation board of trustees.
Mr. Agostini studied international business at the University of Westminster in London. He lives in Miami, Florida.
Raman Bukkapatnam
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Raman Bukkapatnam serves as chief information officer of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: VAC), a leading global vacation company that offers vacation ownership, exchange, rental and resort and property management, along with related businesses, products and services. The Company has over 120 vacation ownership resorts around the world, and approximately 700,000 owner families in a diverse portfolio that includes some of the most iconic vacation ownership brands.
A member of the company’s executive committee since 2023, Mr. Bukkapatnam leads the company’s efforts to modernize the technology footprint across global sites and resorts, improve processes to maximize productivity for associates, drive adoption of automation, and deliver new digital tools to improve the vacation experience for Owners, members, and guests.
Mr. Bukkapatnam is a strategic leader with over 25 years of experience in technology consulting, retail, consumer products, manufacturing, media, and supply chain. Prior to joining Marriott Vacations Worldwide, he served as Vice President, Global Technology at Nike, Inc., where he played a critical role in reshaping digital retail, improving enterprise resource planning and supply chain platforms, and making significant contributions to productivity, growth, and margin improvements.
Prior to Nike, Mr. Bukkapatnam had a more than 20 year-career at Starbucks serving in multiple leadership roles. As a Global Vice President at Starbucks, he was responsible for overseeing and leading critical functions like global supply chain and finance technologies, data engineering and analytics, and store development. He led a number of digital transformation initiatives impacting the company’s technological landscape, including Starbucks’ introduction of customer mobile applications.
Mr. Bukkapatnam holds degrees in both Civil Engineering and Computer Sciences.
Stephanie Sobeck Butera
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hyatt Vacation Ownership
Stephanie Sobeck Butera is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Hyatt Vacation Ownership (HVO), a business unit of MVW. MVW is a leading global vacation company that offers vacation ownership, exchange, rental and resort and property management, along with related businesses, products and services. MVW, inclusive of the HVO resort collection, has over 120 vacation ownership resorts around the world and approximately 700,000 owner families in a diverse portfolio that includes some of the most iconic vacation ownership brands.
Over the course of her career with the company, Ms. Butera has held leadership roles across sales operations, development, asset management, customer service, inventory management, and financial planning. Ms. Butera is a member of the company’s executive committee.
Ms. Butera joined Marriott Vacation Club International in 1999 and began a quick rise in leadership roles at the company. She has held positions overseeing project delivery in the company’s European region and then served as project director of Sales & Marketing for key properties within the portfolio. She then joined The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club, where she led regional sales and marketing and asset management. Prior to her current role leading Hyatt Vacation Ownership, Ms. Butera served as senior vice president, vacation ownership for the Americas, Florida, Mexico and Caribbean, where she developed, led, and grew MVW’s portfolio of resorts, as well as oversaw the integration of the Westin, Sheraton and Hyatt Residence Club resort and gallery portfolio with the rest of the region.
Ms. Butera most recently served as senior vice president and chief operating officer of HVO, where she led the integration of Welk Resorts following its acquisition by MVW in 2021. Under Ms. Butera’s leadership, the company quickly integrated resort operations, rebranded Welk sales and marketing operations into HVO, and began creating one unified owner benefit program.
Ms. Butera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Albright College and a Master of Management in Hospitality degree from Cornell University. She has a wonderful husband and two great young children. Together, they enjoy exploring new vacation destinations and love nothing more than spending time building memories together at one of the MVW resorts.
John Fitzgerald
Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing & Sales Officer
John D. Fitzgerald is executive vice president and chief sales & marketing officer of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: VAC), a leading global vacation company that offers vacation ownership, exchange, rental and resort and property management, along with related businesses, products, and services. The company has over 12 vacation ownership resorts around the world, and approximately 700,000 owner families in a diverse portfolio that includes some of the most iconic vacation ownership brands.
Mr. Fitzgerald previously served as the company’s senior vice president of marketing, leading the company’s strategic growth in generating timeshare revenue globally across all 7 of the company’s vacation ownership brands. Responsible for a team of more than 5,000 sales and marketing associates across 75 sales centers, Mr. Fitzgerald works to open new marketing channels, optimize industry best practices, drive sales training excellence, and leverage new technology to keep MVW at the forefront of efficiency and profitability.
Mr. Fitzgerald joined Marriott Vacation Club International in 1999 where he served as senior director of direct marketing after spending 5 years with Hilton Grand Vacations. Mr. Fitzgerald has held several senior leadership positions during his 25-year tenure with MVW. In addition to several marketing roles, Mr. Fitzgerald also spent 2 years in London in 2004-2005 as project director for the company’s 47 Park Street fractional property. Mr. Fitzgerald served as vice president of marketing for The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences from 2005 to 2010, leading MVW’s efforts in fractional and whole ownership. From 2010 to 2017, he was senior project director for Newport Coast Villas in California, leading the team to 3 consecutive years being recognized as resort of the year. Since 2017, Mr. Fitzgerald has served as senior vice president of marketing, generating tours that support nearly $2B in global timeshare sales annually, as well as being responsible for the brand’s marketing systems, product development, strategic partnerships, and marketing call centers.
Mr. Fitzgerald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the California State University Fresno and an MBA in Finance from Rollins College. When not at work, he can be found spending quality time with his family, sailing in the Virgin Islands, or traveling through Europe.
Lori Gustafson

Lori Gustafson is executive vice president and chief membership & commercial services officer for Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: VAC), a leading global vacation company that offers vacation ownership, exchange, rental and resort and property management, along with related businesses, products and services. The company has over 120 vacation ownership resorts around the world and approximately 700,000 owner families in a diverse portfolio that includes some of the most iconic vacation ownership brands.
A member of the company’s executive committee since 2020, Ms. Gustafson oversees the company’s membership, travel services, and brand and digital teams. In her role, she manages membership business lines – including Interval International – as well as key enterprise shared service groups supporting all business lines.
Previously, Ms. Gustafson served as Chief Brand & Digital Officer, during which time she oversaw the growth of the enterprise’s global brand footprint and led several global centers of excellence encompassing business transformation, digital products, customer experience, data and analytics, brand and communications, and product development and innovation. She has been a key leader on transformational business initiatives that drive digital innovation, commercial benefits, positive customer experience and growth.
Before joining Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Ms. Gustafson served as senior vice president, global brands & digital for three years at Travel + Leisure Co. (formerly Wyndham Destinations), where she was responsible for driving the global brand and digital marketing strategy, including the vacation clubs’ portfolio and the RCI exchange business. During her tenure, Ms. Gustafson spearheaded the transformation of new branding for both Wyndham Destinations and Panorama, a portfolio of more than 10 brands, resulting in greater competitive advantage and brand affinity.
Prior to her time at Travel + Leisure Co., Ms. Gustafson held the role of corporate vice president of digital, e-commerce, and media at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment for seven years, where she led the company’s impressive growth in brand recognition, CRM, and direct revenue. Additionally, Ms. Gustafson oversaw the media distribution strategy budget for all 12 of SeaWorld’s U.S.-based theme parks and led the company’s digital evolution and customer experience strategy, which culminated in multi-million dollar increases in e-commerce, the company’s leading sales channel.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Gustafson provided her digital expertise to Darden Restaurants, where she worked on enterprise initiatives for their collection of brands including Red Lobster, Olive Garden, The Capital Grille, LongHorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, and Seasons 52.
A native of Orlando, Fla., Ms. Gustafson is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in interpersonal communications. She later completed the Embracing Leadership Excellence Program from Rollins College. Ms. Gustafson serves on the Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP) Board of Directors and is a member of Women Leading Travel & Hospitality.
When not at work you can find Ms. Gustafson spending time with her two young daughters, her husband and their three pugs. She and her family love to vacation, dine at great restaurants, watch football, visit theme parks, and spend weekends at the beach.
James H Hunter, IV
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
James H Hunter, IV is executive vice president and general counsel for Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: VAC), a leading global vacation company that offers vacation ownership, exchange, rental and resort and property management, along with related businesses, products and services. The company has over 120 vacation ownership resorts around the world and approximately 700,000 owner families in a diverse portfolio that includes some of the most iconic vacation ownership brands.
Mr. Hunter is a member of the company’s executive committee and has responsibility for overseeing all legal matters for the company and its global brands and businesses. Mr. Hunter leads a world class team of legal professionals located in the company’s offices in Orlando, Miami, California, Honolulu, London and Singapore.
Mr. Hunter joined Marriott International’s law department in 1994 in Washington, D.C., where he led lodging development transactions for Marriott’s lodging brands worldwide, including a five-year assignment to Hong Kong where he supported Marriott’s expansion in Asia Pacific. Through his various roles with Marriott, he led a wide variety of transactions, including real estate development, joint venture, lease, debt and equity financing, management, franchise, purchase and sale and other transactions, in over 50 countries.
In 2006, Mr. Hunter was appointed senior vice president and general counsel for Marriott Vacation Club International and relocated to Orlando, Florida. In 2011, he led legal support for the division’s spin-off from Marriott International as a separate, publicly traded company. He also led legal support for the company’s acquisition and integration of Interval Leisure Group in 2018.
Prior to joining Marriott, Mr. Hunter was law clerk to Judges Charles Brower and Richard Allison at the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands, and subsequently practiced law in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Hunter earned his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and his Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School in New York.
Mr. Hunter is an active participant in the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and serves on ARDA’s ethics committee and general counsel council. He is the sponsor of the company’s Street Law Corporate Legal Diversity Pipeline program and serves on Washington, D.C.-based Street Law’s annual awards host committee. He also is a member of the executive committee of Florida Citrus Sports, a not-for-profit event management organization dedicated to positively impacting the Orlando region while enhancing the quality of life in Central Florida through world-class events.
Jason Marino
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Jason Marino is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: VAC), a leading global vacation company that offers vacation ownership, exchange, rental and resort and property management, along with related businesses, products and services. The company has over 120 vacation ownership resorts around the world and approximately 700,000 owner families in a diverse portfolio that includes some of the most iconic vacation ownership brands.
Mr. Marino leads the finance, accounting and development organizations while partnering with MVW’s business executives to provide financial support and a strategic perspective to drive the overall financial results and growth of the Company.
Mr. Marino joined the Company as Vice President, Corporate Finance in 2014, where he helped drive the creation and execution of the Company’s capital efficient inventory strategy, as well as the Company’s $4 billion acquisition of ILG in 2018, including subsequent integration and transformation programs. He also led the Company’s acquisition of Welk Resorts in 2021 and provided critical financial leadership in the Company’s capital raising activities. Mr. Marino went on to serve as Senior Vice President, Strategy, Financial Planning & Analysis and Operational Finance – Vacation Ownership, leading a team responsible for enterprise-wide finance and business functions, including strategic planning, M&A, budgeting and forecasting, capital structure allocation and financing activities. He also led the teams providing operational financial support for the vacation ownership segment, including sales and marketing, development and inventory and revenue management.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Marino served as Managing Director and head of business development and corporate finance at Cantor Commercial Real Estate, as well as Director of Real Estate Investment Banking at Credit Suisse Securities. While at Credit Suisse, he worked with public and private companies in the real estate, lodging and timeshare industries helping clients raise capital and drive strategic growth.
Mr. Marino received a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management. He lives in Orlando with his wife, Melanie, and two sons, Paul and John.
Brian E. Miller
President, Vacation Ownership
Brian E. Miller is president of Vacation Ownership for Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: VAC), a leading global vacation company that offers vacation ownership, exchange, rental and resort and property management, along with related businesses, products and services. The company has over 120 vacation ownership resorts around the world and approximately 700,000 owner families in a diverse portfolio that includes some of the most iconic vacation ownership brands.
Mr. Miller joined Marriott International in 1990 as national director of marketing operations, and in 1994 he became vice president of marketing for the company. In 1995, Mr. Miller spearheaded the business’s entry into the European market, where he served as regional vice president of sales and marketing and co-managing director.
Mr. Miller returned to corporate headquarters in 2001 as senior vice president, global marketing and sales operations. In this role, he oversaw the sales and distribution sites and marketing call centers and directed sales development efforts for all brands. He later joined the company’s executive committee in 2007.
From 2007 to 2019, Mr. Miller oversaw the global distribution of the company’s timeshare, fractional, and whole ownership products, encompassing three brands – Marriott Vacation Club, The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club and Grand Residences by Marriott. Additionally, Mr. Miller oversaw worldwide customer service operations for those brands.
With MVW’s acquisition of Interval Leisure Group in 2018, Mr. Miller’s role was expanded to managing the global sales and marketing operations for seven brands, adding Westin, Sheraton, St. Regis and the Hyatt Residence Club to the brands mentioned above. He was promoted to president, vacation ownership in 2020, expanding his oversight to all customer facing functions globally, including sales and marketing, customer services, resort operations, inventory management and rentals. In his role, Mr. Miller also oversees architecture and construction, which supports the needs of MVW’s vacation ownership properties and resorts around the world.
Mr. Miller is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
Michael E. Yonker

Michael Yonker is executive vice president and chief human resources & global communications officer for Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (NYSE:VAC), a leading global vacation company that offers vacation ownership, exchange, rental and resort and property management, along with related businesses, products and services. The company has over 120 vacation ownership resorts around the world and approximately 700,000 owner families in a diverse portfolio that includes some of the most iconic vacation ownership brands.
A member of the company’s executive committee since its inception in 2011, Mr. Yonker is responsible for leading and executing global, enterprise-wide human resources strategies and programs that support associates, enable the company’s cultural foundation of Life, fulfilled, and drive its growth and operations strategies. He also oversees holistic integrated communications strategies to maximize brand and business impact and cultivate deeper connections with the company’s audiences.
Under Mr. Yonker’s leadership, the company has been recognized for cultural excellence as a Kincentric Best Employer for three consecutive years (2021, 2022, 2023). In 2023, MVW ranked No. 1 on Newsweek’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces list as well as No. 1 in hospitality and the No. 1 most respected company. His guidance has also led to several honors from HRO Today, including being named CHRO of the Year in 2021 and HR Practitioner Superstar in 2023. In addition, the organization has named Mr. Yonker’s team HR Team of the Year – North America (2022) and Recruitment Team of the Year: Hospitality (2023).
Mr. Yonker is a graduate of Oral Roberts University and holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. While not at work you can find him spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their two married adult children and their families.
